Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA desired.
• 8–10 years of global supply chain management experience
• Proven track record of leading strategic programs with tactical execution
• Broad exposure to supply chain processes: demand planning, supply planning, allocation, execution and collaborative planning
• Strong functional knowledge of planning tools embedded with AI/ML methods

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver solution capabilities for planning (requirements, design, testing)
• Drive forecasting and allocation use cases using AI/ML
• Coordinate between functional, technical and data science teams
• Define business roadmaps and manage product management for planning platforms
• Provide functional leadership to inspire innovation
• Apply analytical skills to rationalize change using AI tools
• Define KPIs for ongoing project success
