Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a senior WWRFO Planner in Sunnyvale, CA to drive and manage supply and demand plans that support Retail inventory and Online metrics.

You will partner across Operations, Retail Finance, and Merchandising to align strategies and optimize stock levels. Responsibilities include leading NPI/EOL decisions, building cross-functional relationships, and delivering data-driven insights to executives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• MBA/Masters degree in a related field preferred.
• 6+ years in product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical capabilities, leadership, and business savvy.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiating in a matrix organization.
• Strategic thinker with tactical execution and detail orientation.
• Experience leading in ambiguous, changing environments.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Tableau or scripting (R, Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage supply and demand plans supporting Retail inventory and Online metrics.
• Partner with Operation Partners, Retail Finance, and Retail Merchandising to align supply and demand strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Regional RFO partners for global alignment.
• Maintain inventory levels in Retail Stores to meet In-Stock and Service Level goals.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and End of Life (EOL) strategies for RFO and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Retail Merchandising/Finance & Readiness on NPI & EOL.
• Drive scenario planning and decision support for supply constraints and inventory imbalances.
• Synthesize complex supply, demand, and inventory data into insights for Senior/Executive management.
