Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Supply Chain Technician to stock and manage hospital supplies, process shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy. Responsibilities

• Stocks and maintains supplies across hospital departments using computer-assisted tools and standard inventory practices.
• Receives shipments, logs receipts, enters data into the inventory system, and delivers items to departments.
• Performs periodic cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and adjusts records as needed.
• Completes clerical/computer tasks supporting patient care delivery and processes outgoing mail.
• Answers calls at reception and routes messages as appropriate.

How You'll Contribute

• Stocks and maintains supplies across hospital departments using computer-assisted tools and standard inventory practices to support efficient patient care operations.
• Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.
• Performs periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory; adjusts inventory records as needed.
• Stocks units with office and medical supplies; prepares requisitions to maintain par levels.
• Receives shipments, logs receipts, enters data into the inventory system, delivers items to departments or other facilities, and reports/documents errors or damages to management.
• Answers the telephone, receiving dock, and walk-up window professionally; routes calls/messages appropriately.
• Completes clerical/computer tasks that support patient care delivery.
• Processes outgoing mail.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule: PRN (as needed)

This position does not have a set weekly schedule. You'll be called in to work when extra help is needed-such as covering for someone, handling busy periods, or filling gaps in the schedule. Hours can vary from week to week, and there's no guaranteed hours.
