Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an Analyst, Supply Chain Systems Digital Adoption & User Enablement to lead user readiness, training, and supplier communication for new supply chain systems. You will work across Purchasing, IT, Learning & Development, and Finance to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing value.

You’ll collaborate with global teams, deliver training content, and track readiness and adoption to reduce support needs, while enabling suppliers to transact efficiently with Ford.

Qualifications

• Hands-on buyer experience and understanding of the purchasing process end to end.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for internal users and external suppliers.
• Experience with enterprise procurement, supply chain, or ERP systems such as SAP or Ariba.
• Interest or experience in training, coaching, communications, or change management.

Responsibilities

• Act as bridge between purchasing, IT, and users to implement system releases and changes.
• Plan and execute user readiness, impact assessments, and go-live support.
• Provide ongoing coaching and refresher sessions to current users to improve proficiency.
• Deliver supplier training, guidance, and communications for new systems and processes.
• Develop communications for system launches and ongoing operations, and track adoption metrics.
