Ford is seeking a Communications and Training professional to join the Global Supply Chain Systems team. You will plan communications, develop and deliver training, and measure impact for the I-ERP program and beyond.

You’ll partner with Purchasing, IT, Learning & Development, and GSCS leaders to turn technical topics into clear, engaging content for a global audience, including podcasts and newsletters. Hybrid work arrangement with onsite participation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, media, or training.
• Excellent writing, editing, and scripting skills; translate technical topics into plain language.
• Experience developing newsletters and podcast, video, or audio content.
• Experience delivering training, in-person and virtual.
• Strong PowerPoint, Word, Excel; familiarity with SharePoint and online surveys.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead communications for GSCS systems, programs, and initiatives, including I-ERP.
• Design, deliver, and update training for global audiences and suppliers.
• Measure KPIs and maintain training dashboards; improve content based on feedback.
• Create engaging content across channels, including podcasts, newsletters, and learning modules.
• Collaborate with SMEs, IT, Learning & Development, and GSCS leaders to simplify complex topics.
