Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor in Southfield, MI. The role leads daily operations at a lab site, building processes from the ground up, and reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

You will oversee frontline staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with hospital partners on site. The position requires minimum two years in supply chain or healthcare supply with frontline leadership experience, and a strong focus on standard work and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in supply chain, materials management, warehouse operations, or healthcare supply.
• Experience leading or developing a frontline team.
• Experience with inventory replenishment and ERP systems is desirable.
• Lean or visual replenishment systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop frontline team members with regular feedback.
• Own end-to-end inventory replenishment and receiving operations at the site.
• Manage daily scheduling, attendance, and site coverage.
• Drive site supply chain performance metrics and corrective actions.
• Represent site as primary supply chain contact with lab and hospital partners.
