Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Marietta, OH, is hiring a Supply Replenisher Associate I to support lean supply management in the BU Laboratory network, handling material movement and replenishment to point of use. You will perform cycle counts and daily replenishment routines, interact with lab staff and supply analysts to assure material availability, and work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requires 1-2 years in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory; strong communication and Excel skills;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory/Supply Chain.
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and interact well with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard business processes for managing material flow for all facility types in assigned Region including Laboratories, RRL, PSC, IOP etc.
• Participate in internal work teams in the continuous improvement of Supply replenishment processes focused on overall cost and cycle time reduction.
• Conducts regular physical inventory and cycle counts to assure the accuracy of on-hand inventories.
• Maintains visual management tools (e.g. Kanban) and mistake-proof initiatives (Labels with Photos).
