Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Subcontract Manager to oversee IWTA cost, schedule, and technical performance on high-risk DOD and international programs. You will develop subcontract specifications, statements of work, and terms for procurement of specialized materials and services, handling bids, proposals, and awards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in supply chain, buying, or procurement, with knowledge of FAR/DFAR and SAP.

• Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage IWTA cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk DOD and international programs.
• Lead subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for procurement of materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, analyze proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions and administer subcontracts.
• Support IWTA between LM Aero and LM RMS within the Sustainment portfolio.

Holds procurement delegation and signs IWTA agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity. Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
