Job summary

Auburn University is seeking an undergraduate student employee for the Supply Chain Management department in the Harbert College of Business. The position provides front-desk coverage in the Center for Supply Chain Innovation (CSCI) Suite and supports the MAcc Graduate Assistant with career-event coordination, procurement documentation, inventory records, and Salesforce data entry.

You will greet visitors, assist with tasks, manage schedules, and help maintain accurate records.

• Assist the MAcc Graduate Assistant with career fair coordination tasks, including schedules, income and expense tracking, and event logistics.
• Assist with merchandise and gift procurement tasks to ensure records, invoices, and inventory are accurately documented and maintained.
• Support Salesforce data entry and basic reporting, including employer engagement activity updates and internship related information tracking.
• Maintain orderly front desk operations, including supplies, signage, shared calendars, and visitor processes.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior event planning or support experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Junior or Senior Accounting student who plans to apply for the MAcc program
