Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances in South Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Material Handler to support safe, high-quality production by picking stock, weighing batches, and ensuring stock accuracy on the night shift (11:30pm–7:50am).

You will operate material handling equipment, use RF scanners, and complete SAP transactions while following GMP, AIB, and ISO guidelines to maintain product integrity and a clean, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling environment.
• Forklift license or certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and warehouse technology.
• Ability to accurately pick, weigh, and document materials.
• Understanding of GMP/AIB/ISO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick materials and weigh out batches according to production requirements.
• Locate and move stock safely while maintaining productivity, quality, and accountability.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper material handling throughout the shift.
• Perform RF scanner activities and complete SAP transactions correctly.
• Follow GMP, AIB, and ISO guidelines to support compliance and product integrity.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklift trucks, in a safe manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Job Summary

Are you ready to build a strong foundation in materials handling while supporting safe, highquality production? As Material Handler you will complete all assigned work including picking stock in a safe accountable manner and ensures associated stock accuracy where applicable during the shift. If you have experience in warehouse and materials this is for you! This position is located in South Brunswick, NJ for shift 11:30pm to7:50am.
