Job summary

IFF Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the second shift in South Brunswick, NJ. You will operate equipment along a production line, assist with packaging and raw material replenishment, and participate in chemical blending and dispensing of flavor chemicals.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to handle heavy machinery, forklift operation, and comfort with GMP practices. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:30pm to 11:50pm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We have a great opportunity in USA where you will control or operate machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line. May be expected to handle heavy machinery. As a Production Operator you will package and filter finished goods and replenish raw material inventory as necessary. Operator will also be responsible for chemical blending in Production including manual dispensing of all flavor chemicals and combining with automatically dispensed materials. This position is for second shift 3:30pm-11:50pm Monday-Friday and is located in South Brunswick USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Compound as required by production demand by following shop floor precisely as instructed to do so by shop floor papers.
• Responsible for safe operation of forklift and all material handling equipment within the work area.
• Maintain a safe working environment, utilize appropriate safety equipment and proactively improve the safety culture of the department.
• Maintain processing area and equipment in a clean, sanitary and presentable condition; adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and exemplary housekeeping standards.
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team to solve problems, develop procedures, and recommend improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned , Including other departments as needed.
