AbbVie is offering a Supply Chain Accelerated Learning Experience (SCALE), a rotational program designed to develop the next generation of supply chain leaders. Participants will gain exposure to demand and supply planning, logistics, and analytics while building business, technical, and leadership capabilities in a global healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Gain broad exposure to AbbVie's global supply chain while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.
• Analyze supply, demand, inventory, logistics, and operational data to identify improvements.
• Support planning and execution across demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and drive alignment.
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve service levels and efficiency.
• Contribute to digital transformation, analytics, and process optimization initiatives.
• Build foundational expertise in supply chain operations and project management.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships and leadership capabilities through collaboration.
• Demonstrate growth and readiness for future manager-level opportunities.
