Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or closely related).
• Must graduate before the intended full-time start date.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, internships, or work experiences.
• Ability to quickly learn AbbVie processes, policies, and methods.
• Interacts well with diverse groups within engineering and with collaborators.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in team-based environments.
• Willingness to participate in rotational assignments and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply, demand, inventory, logistics, and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement ideas.
• Support planning and execution across demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and align end-to-end supply chain.
• Develop data-driven insights to improve service levels and efficiency.
• Contribute to digital transformation, analytics, and process optimization initiatives.
• Demonstrate leadership potential and build foundational supply chain expertise.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and updates to stakeholders.
