Job summary

AbbVie’s Supply Chain Accelerated Learning Experience (SCALE) is a rotational program designed to develop next‑generation supply chain leaders. Participants gain exposure to demand and supply planning, logistics, and inventory management while building business, technical, and leadership capabilities.

Through rotations, you’ll work on meaningful initiatives, analyze data to identify risks and opportunities, and develop cross-functional partnerships within a global healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or closely related field.
• Must graduate with a bachelor’s degree prior to the intended full-time start date.
• Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, internship, or work experiences.
• Ability to quickly gain knowledge, understanding, or skill and willingly absorb and comprehend AbbVie processes, policies, and methods.
• Interacts well with diverse groups within engineering and maintains strong working relationship with internal and external collaborators.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in team-based environments.
• Willingness to participate in rotational assignments and relocate based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply, demand, inventory, logistics, and data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support planning and execution across demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Develop data-driven insights to improve service levels and efficiency.
• Contribute to digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.
• Apply critical thinking to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Build foundational expertise in supply chain operations and leadership within a global healthcare organization.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and recommendations to stakeholders and business leaders.
• Develop influential partnerships and strengthen communication across the organization.
