AdventHealth is seeking a Supply Chain Associate in Florida to support receiving, replenishment, and delivery of medical supplies. You will work with ERP systems to maintain accurate records and ensure par levels across departments.

The role requires basic math, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication with drivers and clinical staff. On-site schedule with day shifts supports patient care operations.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Clear English communication with drivers and clinicians.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Familiarity with inventory, receiving, and par-level concepts.
• Experience using an ERP system preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with updating data for product conversions and par location layouts.
• Inspect deliveries, verify against packing slips, and identify delivery locations.
• Complete replenishment, picking, and receiving processes to maintain records.
• Tag capital equipment upon receipt and communicate with purchasing.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and prepare items for return.
• Deliver supplies and packages to designated areas and maintain par levels.
• Ensure orderly, properly tagged, and stocked par areas.

Job Description

Other duties as assigned. Assists with updating data associated with product conversions, and participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout. Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations. Completes replenishment, picking, and receiving processes in the computer to maintain accurate records. Tags capital equipment upon receipt and communicates necessary information to purchasing. Resolves invoice discrepancies related to purchase orders and prepares items for return. Delivers supplies, equipment, and packages to customers, ensuring accurate location delivery. Picks up return items, performs daily par cart inventories, and delivers supplies to assigned areas. Establishes relationships with clinical departments to ensure collaboration, and provides feedback on par level adjustments. Ensures par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked. Disburses materials to various facility locations according to established routes and schedules. Maintains warehouse and other assigned areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
