Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks a Supply Chain Project Manager for Henderson, NV. Direct-hire role coordinating manufacturing projects from award to production readiness in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will work with customers, internal teams, suppliers, and Asia-based partners to keep timelines, costs, and deliverables on track, with emphasis on documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Manage manufacturing and supply chain projects from award through production readiness.
• Coordinate NPI activities, project timelines, documentation, and customer deliverables.
• Support project costing, tooling reviews, supplier analysis, and quotation preparation.
• Track project risks, deadlines, action items, and information across multiple stakeholders.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or NPI.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with suppliers, manufacturing partners, or production teams.
• Experience reviewing documentation, quotes, drawings, costing details, and project data for accuracy.
• Experience maintaining project documentation in SharePoint or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, action items, and follow-up from initial award through completion.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction activities from RFQ award through production readiness.
• Serve as a primary liaison between customers, internal teams, suppliers, and Asia-based manufacturing partners.
• Review drawings, supplier quotes, project documentation, and costing information for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare project updates, trackers, reports, customer quotations, and project documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, reporting, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
