Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or NPI.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with suppliers, manufacturing partners, or production teams.
• Experience reviewing documentation, quotes, drawings, costing details, and project data for accuracy.
• Experience maintaining project documentation in SharePoint or similar systems.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Supply Chain Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Henderson, NV. This role is ideal for a project management professional with experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or New Product Introduction who enjoys coordinating complex projects from award through production readiness.

The Supply Chain Project Manager will work closely with customers, internal teams, suppliers, and overseas manufacturing partners to keep timelines, documentation, costs, and deliverables on track. Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, action items, and follow-up from initial award through completion.

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Track project risks, deadlines, action items, and outstanding information across multiple stakeholders.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or NPI.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with suppliers, manufacturing partners, or production teams.
• Ability to review documentation, quotes, drawings, costing details, and project data for accuracy.
• Experience maintaining project documentation in SharePoint or similar systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• NPI or manufacturing project experience.
• Experience working with international or Asia-based suppliers.
• ERP or MRP experience, with NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with project costing, tooling reviews, or supplier quotations.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin skills are a plus.
