Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant engineering, manufacturing, or project management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage a high volume of active customer projects.
• Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from initial communication through completion, shipment, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 40 to 50 customer projects at various stages.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding project status, timelines, requirements, and updates.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, technical documentation, and customer project specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support manufacturing priorities, project flow, completion timelines, and shipment goals.
• Build strong customer relationships while managing projects of varying size, complexity, urgency, and communication needs.
