Job summary

Alliance North America in Henderson, NV, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer for the New Product Introduction (NPI) vertical to transition new products from R&D through production readiness and handoff to Operations.

You will partner with R&D, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Process Engineering to create Engineering Procedures, validate BOMs, and ensure DFx compliance for repeatable production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering or NPI.
• Experience transitioning prototypes to repeatable production.
• Proficiency with ERP and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI product transitions from R&D to production.
• Develop engineering procedures and specification docs.
• Collaborate across R&D, Process Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
• Plan pilot builds and production readiness.
• Ensure DFx and risk mitigation.
• Support multi-plant standardization and handoff.
