Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred in supply chain, materials planning, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing support.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Bilingual.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow established SOPs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting production and inventory needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate, release, retrieve, and maintain batch sheets and production documentation through ETQ.
• Assign lot numbers and allocate ingredients and materials in SAP according to SOPs and inventory guidelines.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain supply chain, planning, and inventory records using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare and update Supply Chain Planning reports, Non-Productive Inventory analysis, and other inventory-related reports.
• Monitor material availability and support production planning activities to help maintain efficient manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Planning, and other departments while following quality, safety, and compliance procedures.
