Job Summary

We seek a Supply Chain Program Manager to oversee supply chain activities for a critical industrial transfer project, ensuring material availability and managing buffer inventories to support production transfer to a new site.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supply Chain Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and implement strategies supporting the transfer project.
    • Build buffer inventories to ensure production continuity.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet transfer deadlines.
  2. Supplier Coordination & Procurement:
    • Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships.
    • Negotiate and process purchase orders and contracts.
  3. Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
    • Develop risk mitigation plans and resolve supply issues.
  4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Establish KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights for optimization.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or business administration.
  • 2-5 years in Program or Project Management, or Engineering.
  • Experience in aerospace is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

This position involves access to hardware subject to ITAR regulations. All applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR.

The work environment combines office and laboratory settings, with most work in an office environment.
