Role Overview

In the role of Substation Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:

1. Directing and coordinating work of multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Managing all aspects of small to medium projects or routine large projects.
3. Producing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Establishing and maintaining client relationships, participating in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
5. Conducting work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
6. Coordinating staffing and workload, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
7. Tracking financial aspects of projects and adjusting efforts to meet budget and schedule.
8. Collaborating with leadership for project reviews.
9. Implementing QA/QC procedures.
10. Performing other duties as needed.

Note: Due to client contract requirements, US citizenship is required for this position.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 7 years of related experience
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project (Access experience a plus)
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Active participation in our employee-owned culture

• Master's degree
• PMP certification
