Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I to support and manage supply chain projects across Logistics, Planning and Procurement. You will lead project teams, drive work packages, track progress, and distribute meeting minutes to stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years of project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams. Occasional travel to Newington NH facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of project management experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Experience coordinating Supply Chain projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects and sub-projects of varying complexity.
• Drive daily progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports.
• Lead meetings, assign action items, and manage timelines.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production and Product Management.
• Travel to NH facilities as required.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and ISO procedures.
