Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. in New Hampshire seeks a Supervis or Logistics to oversee Receiving, Inventory and Shipping within the department, coordinating with Quality, Sales, Engineering and Assembly to ensure smooth material handling and on-time shipments.

The candidate will have 2+ years in supply chain and 1+ year leading a team, with strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, warehouse operations, or related field.
• 1+ year of leadership/ Supervisory experience.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with multiple departments (Quality, Sales, Engineering, Assembly).
• Must have range access and be able to operate forklifts and machinery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and participate in receiving, storage, packing, and/or order fulfillment operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy above 99% for all sub locations; investigate discrepancies.
• Assign work to optimize costs, accuracy, and completeness.
• Maintain labor levels per skill requirements and training programs.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S initiatives.
