Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Experience in Material Management, Project Management or Program Management
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building, leading through influence, and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
• Experience with scope management and cost estimating, including ETC/EAC processes
• Active Secret or TS clearance or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact and supply chain lead for assigned programs and portfolios, accountable for all supply chain outcomes
• Engage with engineering and operations during early design to guide supplier base selection
• Lead start-up supply chain activities and develop risk management plans
• Prepare material and labor sales forecasts and manage budgets with variance analysis
• Manage subcontracts and purchase orders for materials and services through all program phases
• Deliver strong customer service and maintain supplier relationships with a zero-defect mindset

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Operations

Master’s Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
