L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Program Management for Imaging Systems. The role is based onsite in Northampton, MA or Millersville, MD and reports to the A&S Supply Chain Director.

You will lead SCPM activities, mentor teams, and drive improvements across the program lifecycle. The position requires a minimum of 10 years in supply chain program management in Aerospace/Defense, an active secret clearance, and travel up to 25%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience; or Graduate Degree with 10 years; or 16 years if no degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of supply chain program management in Aerospace/Defense.
• Onsite work in Northampton, MA or Millersville, MD.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to travel periodically; up to 25%.
• Active security clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SCPM processes and standardize practices across the A&S SCPM Team.
• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies across the program lifecycle.
• Participate in proposal development and risk assessment during bid phase.
• Manage budgets, material forecasts, and AOP execution with risk focus.
• Use EVMS to review status, budgets, and KPIs; drive mitigation plans.
• Coordinate material planning and milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Drive commodity strategy alignment and cost-saving opportunities.
