Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Camden, NJ, seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) to lead end-to-end program execution for Maritime Integrated Systems & Encryption. You will collaborate with IPT members and the Supply Chain Director to develop robust strategies, manage risks, and drive performance across the product life cycle.

This role requires 4+ years in Supply Chain, a Bachelor’s degree (Graduate degree preferred), US citizenship for security clearance, and strong MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of related experience; graduate degree adds 2+ years; in lieu of a degree, 8+ years of related experience.
• 2–4 years’ experience in Supply Chain
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Supply Chain and IPT for key Products/Programs
• Support the Supply Chain Director with reporting and analysis
• Support development and execution of Supply Chain strategies to support full program lifecycle
• Assist Program Finance in rolling up quarterly financial status against the AOP and Short-Term Forecast, EAC and ETC
• Analyze key performance indicators and identify challenge areas
• Develop and Manage Supply Chain Risks & Opportunities
• Work with Supply Chain team to develop and support strategic supplier relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively to internal executive leadership as well as operations management
• Ability to break large complex issues into smaller individual approaches to achieve business objectives
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
