Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager in Camden, NJ to develop robust supply chain strategies for key programs across the division and to support program execution from production through early design stages.

The SCPM will collaborate across IPTs and with the Supply Chain Director, gaining subject matter expertise in supply chain practices and interfacing with Programs, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Operations. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and other IPT functions for key Products/Programs.
• Support the Supply Chain Director with reporting and analysis.
• Support the lead SCPM with development and execution of Supply Chain strategies and actions to support full Program lifecycle.
• Assist Program Finance in rolling up quarterly financial status against the AOP and Short-Term Forecast, EAC and ETC.
• Analyze key performance indicators and identify challenge areas.
• Develop and Manage Supply Chain Risks & Opportunities.
• Work with Supply Chain team to develop and support the strategic supplier relationships.
