Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Supply Chain Program Manager – Power Systems in Camden, NJ. You will own the material strategy across proposals through contract closeout, acting as CAM and coordinating with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Program offices to deliver measurable results.

You will manage EAC, develop forecasts, and defend the baseline while driving supplier execution and risk mitigation in a complex defense program environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated CAM experience including proposals, material forecast, AOP, EVMS baseline management.
• Experience with EAC development and variance analysis.
• ERP environment experience with material planning and receipts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CAM for material scope with time-phased budget baseline and EAC.
• Develop material forecast and tie receipts to revenue recognition.
• Create supplier recovery plans and communicate issues with solutions.
• Develop SCM Plan for each project and integrate into master PM plan.
• Partner with Procurement on sourcing strategy and PO execution.
