• Analyse end-to-end processes, facilitate ideas, implement improved workflows.
• Lead Lean / Kaizen events within Tractor Value System.
• Collaborate with IT to prioritize initiatives and own business outcomes.
• Lead data collection, financial analysis, and ROI for initiatives.
• Coordinate deployment of new end-to-end supply chain technologies.
• Develop KPIs to monitor strategic initiatives.
