Master’s Transportation in Missouri is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, purchasing, logistics, transportation, and inventory management. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply chain and manufacturing, with ERP experience (Sage/SAP/Oracle/Syteline), 5S/Kaizen expertise, and strong leadership,

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain management or procurement and sourcing.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• MRP/ERP software experience (Sage, SAP, Oracle, Syteline).
• Working knowledge of 5S and Kaizen methods.
• OSHA/regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements supply chain strategies to optimize inventory.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best terms and reliable supply.
• Tracks KPIs and drives cost savings and efficiency.
• Responsible for Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA).
• Implements inventory strategies to increase turns.
• Leads lean initiatives to reduce costs and improve processes.
• Applies Kaizen to procurement processes for improvement.
• Implements 5S to organize a clean, efficient workplace.
• Supports safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with Production, Logistics, Purchasing, QA, Eng., Maintenance, and Safety.
• Coaches and develops team members; drives engagement and inclusion.
