Job summary

The Richmond Group USA in Brunswick, GA, is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to appoint a Supply Chain Manager to lead shipping, receiving, inventory and transportation. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role emphasizes servant leadership, scalable processes, and operational excellence.

You will mentor a talented team, collaborate across production, quality, engineering, IT and leadership, and implement standardized warehouse processes while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of logistics, supply chain, or warehouse leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading logistics, warehouse, shipping, and transportation operations within manufacturing.
• Experience implementing and standardizing warehouse processes, including staging, loading, routing, and inventory control.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (SAP preferred), and inventory tracking processes.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation operations in a manufacturing setting.
• Develop scalable processes and mentor a team of logistics professionals.
• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, maintenance, IT, and leadership to drive operational excellence.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, building scalable processes, and driving operational excellence across shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of logistics, supply chain, or warehouse leadership experience
• Proven experience leading logistics, warehouse, shipping, and transportation operations within manufacturing
• Strong servant leadership style with a passion for coaching, developing, and empowering teams
• Experience implementing and standardizing warehouse processes, including staging, loading, routing, and inventory control
