Job summary

Future Form Manufacturing in Sparks, NV is seeking a Process Engineer – Supply Chain to design and improve material flow from receiving to outbound. You will own shipping/receiving processes and collaborate with NPI and onboarding teams to implement programs with NetSuite WMS expertise.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 2+ years in manufacturing or logistics, strong Lean knowledge, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial preferred).
2+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics.
Lean tools knowledge: standard work, VSM, 5S, RCA.
Strong data and analytical skills; advanced Excel.
Experience with layout tools like AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Own process design for shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
Solve recurring shipping, receiving, and inventory problems via root cause analysis.
Own warehouse flow and layout design across facilities.
Learn NetSuite WMS; become internal SME for config and optimization.
Define packaging, labeling, and storage requirements for new programs.
Maintain ISO 9001 system and update standards as needed.
