Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, and IT to identify technology needs and develop solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Implement, maintain, and support technology platforms and tools used across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with company standards.
• Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and other technology-driven enhancements.
• Provide training and technical assistance to end-users, fostering adoption and effective use of supply chain systems.
• Monitor technology performance, manage troubleshooting efforts, and liaise with external vendors or partners as needed to resolve issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to supply chain management, recommending innovative solutions where appropriate.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of data security and governance policies within the supply chain technology scope.
