Prince Industries LLC in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to provide strategic and tactical leadership across Procurement, Material Planning, Inventory, and ERP effectiveness in a high-growth precision manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on driving raw material and tooling availability, reducing costs, and improving Epicor ERP usage across Prince locations. Partner with executives to align supply chain with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years progressive multi-site supply chain leadership in precision manufacturing.
• Experience leading supply chain teams in matrix structures with operations, quality, finance, sales and executives.
• Strong knowledge of metals supply chain (aluminum, stainless steel, nickel alloys).
• SME-level Epicor Kinetic ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement across all Prince sites with growth, margin, and risk-reduction focus.
• Oversee planning, inventory, and reporting tools to optimize costs and availability.
• Optimize ERP effectiveness and reporting in Epicor across locations.
• Mentor teams and build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
