Job summary

Connors Group is seeking a Project Manager, Management Consulting (Supply Chain) to lead client‑facing delivery across multiple engagements in the U.S. and abroad.

You will own day‑to‑day execution of the SOW, govern projects, and coordinate with SMEs to deliver measurable outcomes in workforce planning, labor software implementations, and productivity improvements. You will mentor teams, manage budgets and schedules, present to executives, and identify future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in a consulting role using IE principles and leading client engagements.
• 3+ years in distribution operations and/or engineering.
• Expert knowledge of Labor Management software (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Next View).
• Strong executive communication, analytical problem solving, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery across multiple projects with integrated workplans, milestones, resourcing, and day-to-day execution.
• Lead end-to-end client engagements (scope, schedule, budget) with governance and executive-ready communications.
• Lead operational assessments across store operations, DC/warehouse, and transportation interfaces.
• Provide industrial engineering expertise including time and motion studies, work measurement, and cost–benefit analysis.
• Guide Labor Management software implementations and drive change management with clients.
• Mentor project teams and manage travel, budgets, and reporting to stakeholders.
