Stadler US is seeking an Order Management Specialist responsible for ensuring timely availability of materials and components for railway vehicle production. You will serve as a primary liaison between Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Logistics and Suppliers to drive material readiness for production schedules and delivery commitments.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in order management, materials planning, logistics, supply chain operations, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using ERP systems such as INFOR, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely material availability to support production schedules.
• Serve as a liaison between Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Logistics and Suppliers.
• Address material shortages and drive timely resolution.
• Monitor Missing Part List (MPL) and lead cross-functional review meetings.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries and optimize inventory levels to align with production demand.
• Participate in production control/scheduling meetings to ensure alignment with material availability.
• Support material flow and priority setting to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Drive actions to reduce bottlenecks and improve delivery reliability.
