Job summary

Stadler in Utah is seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain master production schedules for efficient, on-time manufacturing. You will coordinate sequencing, capacity planning, and BOM structures while ensuring materials, labor, and equipment align with production needs.

The role requires 2+ years in production planning or related fields, plus strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills. You will collaborate across Production, Project Management, and Logistics to optimize throughput and report

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production planning or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Infor or SAP preferred).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Attention to data integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update master production schedules and detailed weekly planning.
• Coordinate production sequencing, capacity planning, and material requirements.
• Monitor and resolve missing parts to prevent production delays.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and integrity (Infor preferred).
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders and prepare planning reports.
