Job summary

Stadler Rail AG is seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain master production schedules, coordinate sequencing and capacity planning, and support on-time manufacturing operations. You will manage BOMs, BORs, and MBGs, align materials, labor, and equipment to schedules, and ensure ERP/MRP data accuracy across the planning function.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in production planning or logistics, with strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and experience with SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in production planning, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and materials.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Infor or similar).
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Advanced Excel & data analysis skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update master production schedules and weekly planning.
• Coordinate production sequencing, assembly timelines, and capacity planning.
• Create and maintain production structures, BORs and MBGs.
• Ensure materials, labor, and equipment align with production requirements.
• Release material requirements to Logistics and forecast needs.
• Monitor and resolve missing parts to prevent delays.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and integrity.
