Job summary

Stadler US seeks an Order Management Specialist to ensure material availability for railway vehicle production. You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Logistics and Suppliers to keep production on schedule and manage shortages, expedites, and delays.

You will drive inventory optimization, support production readiness, and lead cross-functional reviews to minimize disruptions and meet delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, operations management, finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in order management, materials planning, logistics, or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP systems such as INFOR or SAP; strong Excel proficiency.
