Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with inventory management, replenishment processes, and order fulfillment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order fulfillment and shipment execution for timely delivery.
• Manage inventory replenishment across mills, warehouses, and overflow locations.
• Verify order accuracy, quantities, and shipping requirements prior to release.
• Maintain data in ERP and inventory systems.
• Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions.
• Communicate status updates with internal teams and customers.
• Support demand planning and forecasting through data analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and improve service.
