Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years in supply chain planning, procurement, customer service, logistics, or manufacturing planning.
• Industry experience in food, ingredients, consumer goods, or manufacturing preferred.
• Systems: SAP or equivalent ERP; strong Excel capability; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with customer demand and inventory targets.
• Monitor inventory and prevent shortages, excess, or obsolescence.
• Coordinate production requirements and schedules with manufacturing teams.
• Manage replenishment plans and material requirements.
• Support the S&OP process through analysis, scenario evaluation, and reporting.
• Support on-time, in-full fulfillment of customer orders.
• Monitor service performance and address supply constraints.
• Identify opportunities to reduce inventory and improve working capital.
• Collaborate with Procurement, warehouses, and logistics providers.
• Prepare and maintain supply chain metrics, dashboards, and exception reports.
