Job summary

Schwarz Partners in Carmel, IN is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support end-to-end flow of containerboard products from production through customer delivery. You will coordinate order fulfillment, inventory replenishment, and material movement across mills, warehouses, and customer locations.

You will verify orders, maintain ERP data, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve disruptions and improve cost, service, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of inventory replenishment, order fulfillment workflows, and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order fulfillment and shipment execution to ensure timely delivery of containerboard products.
• Manage inventory replenishment across mills, warehouses, and overflow locations to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Verify order accuracy, including quantities, specifications, and shipping requirements prior to release.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and inventory systems (orders, shipments, inventory levels, forecasts).
• Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions, including production delays and transportation issues.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers regarding order status and service updates.
• Support demand planning and forecasting through data analysis and reporting.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and efficiency.
