Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager for Orchestration & Automation to own the vision, strategy, and roadmaps across digital capabilities. You’ll partner with engineering, logistics, and support to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.

You will drive adoption, manage lifecycle activities, and ensure alignment with Enterprise Supply Chain goals, delivering scalable solutions in a global consumer goods context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, or 5+ years in a related field.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, MES).
• Experience with Automation systems integration (Dematic, E80 and/or Wapiti).
• Experience with product life cycle management, especially vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Experience managing stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, influence, collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Desire to crystallize and diagnose problems through cross-functional collaboration and troubleshooting.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the overall Supply Chain Digital Orchestration and Automation domains.
• Define success metrics, drive toward KPIs, and track progress.
• Provide cross-functional leadership between engineering, logistics, and support.
• Communicate the product roadmap and updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to develop an evolving roadmap and requirements.
• Understand NA Supply Chain objectives and user needs across domains.
• Manage stakeholder activity across the product lifecycle including UAT and adoption.
• Drive adoption through user feedback, training, and an adoption roadmap.
