Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Neenah, Wisconsin, seeks a Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for Supply Chain Digital Orchestration and Automation. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, logistics, and support to deliver a living roadmap and drive end-to-end outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in product management or 5+ years in related fields, with experience in SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, and MES, plus a data-driven, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, or 5+ years in a related field.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems (SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, MES).
• Experience with Automation systems integration (Dematic, E80 and/or Wapiti).
• Experience with product life cycle management, especially with product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Experience managing stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, influence, collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Desire to crystallize and diagnose problems through cross-functional collaboration and troubleshooting.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Supply Chain Digital Orchestration and Automation domains.
• Provide cross-functional leadership between engineering, logistics, and support.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to develop a living roadmap and align requirements.
• Understand NA Supply Chain objectives and user needs for orchestration domains.
• Document use cases, personas, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across the product lifecycle and UAT.
• Represent Enterprise Supply Chain needs to teams with overlapping use cases.
• Drive adoption through feedback sessions, training, and adoption roadmaps.
