Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation seeks a Sr. Manager of Analytics & Insights Logistics to lead data-driven decision-making across Enterprise Supply Chain end-to-end.

You will direct data scientists and supply chain consultants, shaping data architecture for process mining, KPI development, and analytics that improve network performance. You’ll collaborate with DTS Product Team and Global Supply Chain COE to define product vision, measure outcomes, and drive cross-functional improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical field.
• 8+ years of business experience with 5+ years of cross-functional Supply Chain experience.
• 5+ years of working experience in data science, analytics and/or data modeling.
• Advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting dashboard design and development experience.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn new analytical and automation tools.
• Demonstrated leadership in executing innovative solutions through process and technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven decision-making insights for the Enterprise Supply Chain end-to-end operations with emphasis on process mining and analytics.
• Direct the activities of data scientists and supply chain consultants in daily duties while engaging with ESC leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain robust data architecture for process mining and develop KPI metrics, automation, and analyses to enable sustained problem-solving.
• Partner with DTS product team and Global Supply Chain COE to define product vision and measure value delivered by products.
• Lead the team to understand data and analytical needs, and to develop, sustain and improve network analysis processes and communications of results.
