Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead warehouse automation, product customization operations, and continuous improvement projects. You will engage with engineering, IT, and manufacturing teams to ensure end-to-end supply chain excellence and high on-shelf availability for P&G products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a degree with relevant experience.
• Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills.
• Problem solving via innovation & creativity.
• Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies to improve flow through the warehouse and in our end-to-end supply chain.
• Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects.
• Controlling inventory via warehouse management systems & processes.
• Managing timely shipping & receiving of customer orders and supply.
• Designing and utilizing digital tools to drive scale and work simplification.
• Developing and improving standards to enable us to achieve performance targets and be a supplier of choice.
• Understanding and working with robotics and technologies including self-guided vehicles and automated systems.
• Managing scheduling and capacity for production and material supply.
• Enabling the launch of new products to the market.
