Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager for Orchestration & Automation in Neenah, WI. The role focuses on owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital orchestration and automation across supply chain domains.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, communicating roadmaps to stakeholders, and driving adoption of enhancements through collaboration with product owners and users. Strong PM experience and enterprise systems knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience (or 5+ years in a related field).
• Experience integrating enterprise systems (SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, MES, etc.).
• Experience with Automation systems integration (Dematic, E80 and/or Wapiti).
• Experience with product life cycle management, especially with product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Experience managing stakeholders, including senior executives

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Supply Chain Digital Orchestration and Automation capabilities.
• Define success with KPIs and track progress.
• Provide cross-functional leadership between engineering, logistics, and support.
• Communicate the product roadmap and updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to align requirements and solutions.
• Understand NA Supply Chain objectives and stakeholder needs.
