Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in supply chain.
  • Adept analytical skills with large data sets and Excel.
  • Risk management: manage risks effectively without losing sight of the core job.
  • Ability to view the supply chain from upstream to downstream with short/long term planning.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales & Operations Execution with weekly demand reviews and scheduling to ensure on-time material delivery.
  • Manage master data, machine schedules, and inventory strategies to maximize efficiency and meet service targets.
  • Track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and support weekly control tower reviews.
  • Support S&OP through demand reviews, capacity planning, forecasting, and monthly forums.
  • Lead or support sourcing strategies and material forecasting to mitigate supply risks.
  • Represent Nonwovens Staff Planning on commercialization initiatives and drive logistics improvements.
