Responsibilities

• Communicate daily/shift goals for the facility and work groups.
• Report plans to achieve operational goals.
• Assist with and train hourly, SNE or other specialists.
• Lead training and supervise employees as needed.
• Interact with carriers or customers based on account complexity.
